3.1 Performance of the service contract
Each participant’s name and date of birth are collected exclusively for the purpose of activating the civil liability and personal accident insurance policies required by law for the provision of guided tourism activities. Legal basis: performance of a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
3.2 Compliance with legal obligations
Participants’ gender and nationality are collected for statistical purposes, in accordance with reporting obligations to competent authorities (in particular, the Azores Regional Directorate for Tourism). Legal basis: compliance with a legal obligation (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR).
3.3 Management of the commercial relationship
Email address and/or phone number are used for communications relating to bookings, activity confirmations, and any changes or cancellations. Legal basis: performance of a contract and legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
3.4 Marketing communications (with consent)
